Courses and digital resources

The refund eligibility and window for each paid course will be shown at checkout when online payments are activated. Downloaded eBooks and substantially accessed digital content are generally not refundable unless the item is defective or access was not provided.

Before gateway activation

Please contact us before making a manual payment. Any approved manual-payment refund is handled according to the written terms shared for that purchase.

Business services

Service refunds depend on the agreed scope, completed work and costs already incurred. These conditions are stated in the proposal or confirmation shared before work begins.

Request support

Email connect@mydigitalskills.in with your name, contact details, purchase information and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are returned through the available payment method.
